Volunteer Opportunity Description:
We're looking for an individual to build and lead an inner-city youth program. Must be able to recruit and manage a volunteer staff. Must be able to plan and lead activities and Bible lessons for boys and girls. Must be able to lead boys? discipleship groups. Successful candidate will be expected to assist during children's after-school program (1-4 gr).

Strong & growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior & Lord
Demonstrated love for children and youth
Able to model Christian behavior and teach Christian values
Effective in leading small groups of male youth
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to design curriculum for youth program
Able to develop rapport with inner-city children and youth
Able to organize, train and supervise HS, college & adult volunteers
Able to enforce discipline
Effective communicator, both orally and in writing
Supportive of the mission, vision and values of Fellowship House of South Camden
